When A Backyard Farm installed my garden last year I was given a list of various plants to choose for my garden.  When I selected carrots I assumed that I would get carrots.  Plain and simple - like carrots at the grocery store.  Oh no, that is not how the ladies at A Backyard Farm roll.  There are choices of carrots.  There are varieties of carrots that I never knew existed.  There are COLORs of carrots that I didn't know existed.
