Wow!  Garlic from my garden!  What a cool concept!  This is the first time I have grown my own garlic - and it is more fun than I had expected.  

I loved cutting down the garden scapes earlier in the summer and now it is time to harvest the bulbs.

So once they are harvested - here are some curing tips:

• Remove the soil from the garlic by rubbing them. 
• DO NOT wash with water.
• Lay the garlic out in a single layer or hang them. 
• They should hang in a warm (NOT HOT) place - but not directly in the sun.
• They should hang/dry/cure for about 3-4 weeks
